Looks like you are 4/24. I would suggest you get the Chase Sapphire Preferred. The current SUB is 80,000 URs + $50 grocery store credit.
This is what I would do: buy $3,500 Disney GCs at your local grocery store (make sure it codes as grocery store), might have to take a few trips. Then as soon as you hit the MSR of $4,000 you'll have at least 84K URs and you can use the Pay-Yourself-Back feature to erase $1050 from your statement. Plus you would have earned the $50 grocery store credit making the SUB worth $1005 ($1100-$95 AF).

If you don't want get a new card then use your Disney Visa to purchase $1500 worth of tickets, then use your Amex Everyday to buy GCs at the grocery store.

I had to go back and look up some of the abbreviations, but WOW! Should I wait until next month to apply? That is when my most recent Chase card will fall off.

Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou!

:thanks:

BOA bonuses really show up fast. Mine did the same. I just have it sitting there trying to figure out what to use it for.
I have never looked into BOA. Are they something I should look into? Do the biz cards require a "business"? Do they report on personal?

Approved! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Bonvoy Biz Af coming due...not gonna pay it (never use the card) so I guess I've got to cancel..or is there a no AF to PC this to? What happens to my current free night in my account? I'm guessing it stays there? Also wondering why AF comes due in May but free night has an August date?

Is the August date the issue date or the expiration date? The free night usually posts a few months after the AF, so that could be the free night from your last AF? Expiration of most free nights were extended to 8/1/21, which could also explain the August date.

First time having a BOA biz. Question on the cash rewards (not bonus). Did you redeem those already or leave until after hitting MSR? On the bonus, does it hit in time to use on that statement as a credit or is it later so you have to spend another $750 to use. I want to use on my vacation rental for HHI that I am charging to the BOA card. Then I'll probably sock drawer for a year. Is it possible to use the bonus on MSR spend or better to spend 750 over MSR and use on that?
I haven't touched the rewards yet. On the second question, I think you can use it as a credit. I had a $450 balance today with the credit and just paid the balance (statement won't cut for another three weeks) and I expect my balance to be $0 when the statement cuts.

I just leave them until after I get my bonus. I think you can do either way. As long as they show available you can have them used as a statement credit (you do have to manually do this thought - it is not automatic). So right now I have the $750 bonus plus the extra rewards for the spend, so I have about $850 in Statement Credit available right now.

More questions, I am sorry...

The Pay Yourself Back categories also include Home Improvement stores. Do they rotate each month? For example, will next month be gas and coffee shops? So, if I get my new card next week, should I try to buy the gift cards all before April 30? Can I use to purchase online? So many questions!

ahah that's probably what it is -thanks. I still have to figure out a place to use this before it's gone...

The same categories were extended to 9/30. They may change after that, but we don't know yet. I don't think Home Depot or Lowe's sells Disney gift cards online?

For your Chase 5/24 status, your last card is a Chase business card. They don't report to your personal credit report, so it doesn't add to your x/24 count. The furniture store card would count if it's on your credit report. So after your CSP today, you are either 5/24 or 4/24 until August when your Costco card falls off.

Great info. This gives me more time to buy the cards. I should have asked my questions better (but you pretty much answered them anyway). I also see that grocery stores and home improvement stores have a 25% bonus through April 30. Can I take advantage of that, too? That would be another $10, right?

DP: My husband tried for a retention offer on the Barclay Aviator Biz but no go. He's had it for 2 years, this past year carried a balance during home construction that was just paid off. Couldn't waive the annual fee, no spend offer.

When we moved I went online to update my address on my DL, they sent a Real ID :confused3 I won't argue. I know my mom was having issues because she couldn't get a copy of her birth certificate, I'm not what she ended up doing.

Last week we had a big hail storm, golf ball size and a lot of it, my yard was white. My poor car does not look very pretty. Got an estimate today to get it fixed through insurance at $3500. Was not expecting that, it's almost half what I owe on the car. Now we're on a waiting list for repairs. Do I just ask for a check so I can run the charge through my CC? Does USAA do that?

The calculations I did include the 25%. I did 84,000*.0125+ 1,050.
Until 4/30 you can earn an extra point at groceries store (max of 1500). So if you buy $3,500 worth of GC you'll earn 3500 points + 1500.

USAA will just transfer the money to your checking account, minus the deductible.

My $750 bonus just showed up as a 'promo statement credit' before the closing date. (I made a small charge on the first statement, then one very big charge over $5000 early in the 2nd statement cycle.) I hit MSR April 7 and my credit showed up April 20. I redeemed the $51 rewards also on that statement. I only spent a little less than $5200 total.

Scored a AP preview of Velocicoaster on May 2nd!....how does that tie back to credit cards you may ask. We are only in Orlando that weekend because I wanted to burn come Citi points and booked Hilton Bonnet Creek for some lazy river fun.
That’s so exciting!! I’m hoping to at least ride it once when we are there

Has it been taking a long time for Amex offers to post? I used the Staples offer on both DH and my cards on April 15. We did get the email right away that we used it but it still has not posted a week later. I don't remember any taking this long before.
