The transaction should have tracked.I'm in the same boat, my Chase shows nothing! I'm worried that it won't track.

I jumped on this too Quickly - just checked now I could have gotten the 7500 on mine if I had gone through my CIC.Yay guys!! Thanks to everyone who posted about the Motley Fool offer!!Finally got emails from both Chase and Amex. (It took about 3 hours.) So basically I paid $6.93 (tax) for 6,000 URs.
Off to do it now on DH’s Amex through his CIU for 7,500 URs![]()
I just looked at mine. It doesnt show pending but it does show that I visited Motley Fool so I guess I am going to wait too.I see both the store visits listed in our accounts, so I guess I'll wait the 3-5 days Chase says it should be to track. It does say to wait 15 days before inquiring, so hopefully they can fix it is I did something wrong. It's strange that everyone has had their points show up at different rates!
I got the emails from Chase but my shopping doesn’t show at all yet in the portal.I just looked at mine. It doesnt show pending but it does show that I visited Motley Fool so I guess I am going to wait too.
I think there is a 30 day money back guarantee. Gives you a safety net if your deals don’t post.Did the Motley Fool thing about 15 minutes ago. My offer was 6000 URs. No email from Amex, no pending pts on Chase. This thing better go throughLike someone said above, there’s no way I’m paying for this thing.
If I were in your shoes I would immediately product change the sapphire to freedom, then do a modified double dip the Chase Sapphire Reserve & Preferred ($9K MSR) but I would buy Disney Gift Cards at grocery store with CSR and use the Chase Pay Yourself Back feature. If you buy $4,000 in DGCs you'll earn 12,000 URs from the $4K gift card purchase, plus the 50,000 from the SUB. You'll have 102,000 URs (including the 40K you currently have), that you can turn into statement credit on your CSR $1,530. Once you earn the SUB for the CSP you'll have another 64K URs that you can transfer to the CSR worth $960.
Would you be able to meet the $9K, MSR in 3 months? You'll be able to take a statement credit of about $2,500 if you use PYB and you'll have $4,000 in DGC to start planning your trips.
Everyone is eligible for the sapphire sign up bonus (SUB) every 48 months. So both of you should be eligible for the bonus. Thanks for your reply! The current sapphire is in both of our names, so how could I make that work?
Yes, never add the spouse as an authorized user, always request a duplicate "damaged" card.Future cards I was thinking we could do independently.
The rule is that you can only hold one sapphire family card at a time, but you can bypass that rule by being approved for the same family card the next day. The goal would be to hold a sapphire reserve (CSR) card in order to take advantage of the 1.5X pay yourself back (PYB) bonus, you would want to be approved for the CSR on day 1 and day 2 apply AND be approved for the sapphire preferred card, which has a SUB of 60K URs. You want to have a CSR in your household to take advantage of the 1.5X PYB redemption. You could use the PYB with the preferred but that rate is only 1.25.I don’t quite follow how to do the double dip but I’m new to all this. We could probably swing the 9K if I’m creative.
I feel like I should know this or be able to find it, but I just can't seem to! Any DP on whether I can buy gift cards at grocery stores and use my Platinum Amex for 10X MR? I feel like I heard no...but then I think that was maybe just to make the MSR, which I've done? I need to buy about $1000 in gc today and I don't want to use my Amex if it isn't going to trigger (or will be clawed back). I'll use my Freedom (where I'm still 5x UR)
I was gonna say not to do it to meet MSR, then I looked at my notes (taken from folks here in the past) and found this:
Don’t buy GCs at Staples/OD/OM, Lowe’s, Marriott, & poss Home Depot to meet MSR (Grocery, BJs & Best Buy are safe)
Best to vary the amount of purchases, too
I thought there was something about some stores reporting each of the items purchased through an advanced electronic method (can't remember what it's called ... Level II Data maybe), but I don't seem to have that noted.
Hopefully someone has direct knowledge of the 10x earn on Trader Joe GCs at TJ's and/or if it's safe to spend that way for MSR
Replying to myself, LOL. I finally figured out why the shopping portal would not work. I had to turn off DH's VPN. He was able to take advantage of the MFool offer too!Shop through Chase portal is not working for me right now. I tried 2 different browsers.
I need the easy button for our trip to Hawaii. We are not new to big busy trips, but we are taking our parents but don't know how to prioritize Islands. We would love to visit Kauai, Maui & Big Island.
Anyone have a good itinerary? Plan is to visit summer 2022 (no set dates, 14 days max). Goals are to get national parks stamps, DD wants to see lava flows, road to Hana, some down time and waterfalls.

Thank you! I had this on my BBC. Will be buying a $500 Kroger gift card.Just saw a new Lowe’s Amex offer on P2’s BBP. 10% back up to $50
If you had 6 nights, would you select Maui or Kauai?I think it's better if you can do 1 week for each island. For the Big Island, would recommend staying in Volcano Village if you want to see lava at night. That said, it's impossible to predict where the lava will be flowing or if you can see it at all. First time we went, we could see it far away on a hillside. People were hiking in over lava rock terrain. Second time, we could see spewing lava in the crater just in front of the visitor's center. Other highlights on the Big Island for me were snorkeling at Kealakekua Bay and nighttime snorkeling to see manta rays.
For Maui, highlights would be Haleakala, Iao Valley, and Road to Hana. For our trip to Maui this summer (if it happens), planning to stay a few nights near Hana, so we can actually make it to the sites past Hana. We're not early people, so first time we made it to Hana and had to drive back in the dark. Second time DD was a baby and got car sick, we didn't make it far at all!
We've only been to Kauai once many years ago and the kids haven't been, so have more on my list there for our summer trip. Have down a Napali Coast boat tour, Waimea Canyon, chocolate tour at Lydgate Farms, and Kipu Ranch ATV tour. For beaches, looking at Tunnels and Ke'e (requires reservation). Also, have to get chips at Taro Ko Chip Company. My most vivid memories from the trip long ago are the sunset over the taro fields at Hanalei and hiking in Waimea Canyon. And those chips!![]()
