Sssssssssshhhhhhh !!

I got mine refunded and amex hasn’t clawed back the refund yet.
I'll do mine next Thurs, I'm off to the World bright and early![]()
Why can't they just accept 16 $500 VGC??? I feel your pain, just made an offer on DVC resale if only we could pay for the entire thing with a credit card.Just wrote a $8K check for house work after writing a $6K check last week for it also.So painful to write that.
Today is sort of bummer town... should be packing up the van for Myrtle. Instead, I’m scheduling loan closings for next week...
It doesn’t exactly help that the portion of our family still going have elected to continue using the family text to discuss the trip...![]()
When I had to pay my contractor last year, I MS'd the final $14K to pay with mo but it took me some time to gather that many. There were only so many trips to WM I could handle!Just wrote a $8K check for house work after writing a $6K check last week for it also.So painful to write that.
Yep. Just came here to post about it. Officially my summer of concerts is dead. I am referring to this one as the Summer of No Fun. I am keeping these tickets and will go in September 2021. I went ahead and took the refund off of Motley Crue/Def Leppard and all the rest of my shows.
I just canceled my Hyatt reservation and the airport hotel at CVG. I wish I could have those points back in URs instead but whatever.
Now I get to battle Delta. Joy.![]()
We just put in an offer on a SSR contract. DIsney's ROFR is taking 45 days... I need to find the will to start MSing again. I guess if they accept my lowball offer I hit Staples today and tomorrow. Hope to hear back from them soon.If it's not too painful, I'd love to hear a general report about conditions at Myrtle since we are planning to go in a few weeks.
If your view on COVID doesn’t line up with my family who is going I would think it might not be of much value. If it's not too painful, I'd love to hear a general report about conditions at Myrtle since we are planning to go in a few weeks.
Steven Tyler is just 5 years older than I am. But I look 15 years younger than he does!Wow, that is kind of risky of them to postpone. lol They are older than dirt already.Sorry if anyone here is as old as Steven Tyler, lol. I don't know how they do it touring at that age, heck I couldn't do it at my age! Though I did see Paul McCartney just a few years ago and he was Amazeballs! I wasn't even looking forward to it because I was like he is too old for this, but wow, he was one of my best concerts ever.
We saw Paul too, that same tour probably. We got the tickets for free, and we found out why. When we got there ,there was a scaffolding or pole or something that blocked our view of his piano completely LOL.Steven Tyler is just 5 years older than I am. But I look 15 years younger than he does!
I saw Paul McCartney a few years back also. He was at the Redskins stadium. Concert was pretty good, but I'm spoiled in that if I don't have good, up close seats in huge venues like a stadium, watching on screens doesn't do it for me. As it was we had some kind of upgraded seat where there was a lounge and bar area, where we could leave our seats and come in and drink or eat and still watch monitors, but I've enjoyed other concerts in smaller venues much better.
Well, they are going to Myrtle and so are we... We must have something in common lol.If your view on COVID doesn’t line up with my family who is going I would think it might not be of much value.![]()

Then I can assure you the report will be “it’s all good”. I should stop there before I violate my own “no COVID talk” on the thread ruleWell, they are going to Myrtle and so are we... We must have something in common lol.
