yes, and airline credit will go away end of 2021. this is the replacement.

LOL. They're my favorite domestic airline - for anyone over 6ft, JetBlue's legroom is a godsend.

I had never even heard of them before joining this group. I highly doubt they fly to the small cities we go to. We usually end up flying allegiant

Not sure it is much of a DP but DH approved for CSP. Bonus statement closed on 11/19 but bonus spend completed on 10/29. I wanted to make sure that I could complete the MDD during the week just in case recon is needed.

So I had a to return something and gave them the wrong card when they did the return. I gave them my Freedom Unlimited, but I had originally made the purchase on my new Amex Bonvoy biz. They ran it and gave it back to me. Only later did it hit me that I had used the wrong card.
Will the refund still go through on my Freedom Unlimited? I'm surprised it didn't give an error when they issued the refund?

It probably depends on which store it was. I had a couple of experiences where I was returning at Home Depot, Lowes and Costco this past 2 weeks. Costco took any Visa card.

Neither Loews or Home Depot took the first card offered. Home Depot was willing to try any card I gave them, but I would have had to scan up to a dozen cards to figure out which one was used (no receipt) so just took a credit. Items in each case were only about $20 so no biggie. And Lowes passed me back one of my small items - I probably got it at HD and put it in the wrong bag, lol.

Meanwhile I forgot to return the sheet set to Costco where I got the wrong size. Fortunately the receipt is with that one in my Costco bag, so it should be a quick return.

My sight is gradually getting more blurry as I wait for my Dec 23rd appointment. I've got my screen stretched out so I can type more accurately and it's getting frustrating. The procedure I need is in office and a very simple laser procedure (yag laser capsulotomy). It's just the long time to be seen.

Update on my weekend stay at the Delta (Marriott) Kingston.

I spoke with the GM on Monday afternoon and he refunded Friday night. He also asked me to text him a copy of the sound video. The refund has been processed. Strangely it also appears that they credited a portion of my room on Saturday night as well (I used a $50 off $200 offer on my Cdn Bonvoy AmEx for Friday night and $75 off $250 offer for Saturday night). I guess that AmEx will claw back both credits now. I may consider another visit in a few weeks if AmEx claws back both credits (but dd will be in exams, so not sure that would be a good idea). There is a Residence Inn beside the Delta (Marriott) that is apparently very nice (I don't think I want to stay at the Delta again).

It was at TJMaxx and was $79. I don't mind if the credit goes on my Freedom Unlimited. Just hoping it doesn't get lost.

I think some places don't care. Bought sheets at target last weekend and the art was the only queen in the print I wanted and it didn't have a upc so I took a pic of the shelf tag. She rang it up as unrecognized so the circle 20 off 50 didn't come off which I didn't realize until I was walking out. I paid with gc and amex but mostly gc. Cs gave me a twenty which is fine but now I need to deposit it.

You can always ask chase to send you a check or move the credit to a card with a balance if you aren't spending much on that one.

So when Chase/Hyatt offer you 5000 points to "upgrade" your $75 card to a $95 card, you should maybe take them up on it. Just got an email and they are automatically "upgrading" my card. No points offered, I just get to pay the upgraded fee.

Got an offer in the mail for a citi rewards+ card. I had no citi cards previously. I’ve been denied for pretty much everything else so I thought why not and I was instantly approved! About time something goes my way lol. Dh and I need to get the driveway resealed.

Be very wary of their fraud department for the first six months or so. In Dec. 2016 I got my DC, had it two months and then used it to rent a moving truck to move from MN to WI. That set off a fraud alarm that it took me three months, 14 phone calls, three faxes of information and two mailings to get straightened out. I called them, told them I was renting a moving truck to move, and then they were shocked that I had moved. Nice that the payment credits immediately though.

I set up the Uber Eats Pass on my Gold a couple weeks ago and got a free meal up to $35. I will be more likely to use this than the Airline credit, my airline credit for this year is going to be wasted. Forgot to change it in Jan, didn't fly Delta this year at all, only SW.
