My Chase offers have been missing on the webpage and app for a while. I found I could access them from a link in an old email promoting offers. Yesterday that didn't work, but it could be that my link was too old. Accessing them through the link, I had offers so it's very annoying that their visibility has disappeared.
My offers just disappeared too. That’s a bummer. I’d love to hear if you figure out a fix for this!

Moving on.....
This morning my Amex Rose Gold has a 30K offer for me to offer 'support' to a friend. Pick from any available card.

So I got this yen to try to convince DD to apply. Already know the answer will probably be no.

But, I was figuring - find that Platicorn.......then I'll take the card and do the MSR or actually manage it. Meanwhile, I dump the Gold in January and then keep waiting til my own Platicorn comes along....

Might be waiting for a long time, but one can dream....

I know I won't get the offer while I have an active gold. But everything comes full circle.

I just looked and our Home Depot offer that was 10% up to $40 is now $25.

Was it right there or did you have to hunt for it? Or in other words, how did you see it/find it?
I've had the days run out on an offer and then they renewed it, sometimes with a change in terms.

Maybe they are updating and I'm just too early this morning?

My annual pass (2nd) refund from Disney is in my Informed delivery!!!!
Hopefully it will actually come today. Can't wait to see what the amount will be.
I think I'm more excited just to 'see' what it is then to actually get the refund.

If they show back up, I need to start keeping a record of what they actually are. I can remember what several were, but between my personal and business and my daughter's card I am managing 9 Chase cards.

@becauseimnew can see hers this morning. That's promising at the least.

Check your Amex offer, new Panera 10% up to $5 and American Girl $20 back with $100 online.

I have the Panera offer which we will use, on my DD's AU card. The American Girl is on every card as well as a load of restaurants through Resy.

Mostly Washington, DC locations. No offense meant to the District, but I have a difficult time choosing to drive in and dine, pay for parking, get a red light ticket, and pay double the sales tax compared to Maryland and Virginia. (Not taking into account that right now I don't dine in anyway, but that will change in time.

As for Panera, they have the $10 promo card going now. Not sure if I can get it in store but will check it out. I also have a $10 credit from our last order from a promo. They are very close to us and deliver quickly through DD so we get it at least 3-4 times a month. So, will try doing a gift card and a small order in drive through maybe later.

All of my Chase offers are there. Some days they aren't but they come back. Today, I see a Chipotle 10% off.

@Killer Fish I believe you and your dw are in the hospitality industry. I have a question for you. I was visiting my dd at university this past weekend. I was staying the the Delta (Marriott) Kingston (where I have stayed on twice since Labor Day). I booked a corner suite because it's my favorite room. About an hour after I arrived the young couple in the adjoining room arrived. They chatted very loudly (as in I could hear every single word of their conversation as if I was in the room with them); then they got down to some very adult business very loudly. I was shocked beyond belief as I could hear everything. I called the front desk to advise them of the situation -- they said that they would talk to them and say that there were multiple complaints. I spoke with the front desk again on my way out for dinner about an hour later and they said they were handling the situation. A room move for me wasn't possible as all the suites were booked for the weekend (there are only 2 per floor).

The young couple returned to their room for the night about an hour after I did. I could hear them getting ready for bed, so put in my ear plugs. But the ear plugs weren't enough -- they soon got down to business again, very loudly. It was 11:30pm by this time; I called the front desk again and they offered to move me to a room (not a suite) just to sleep for the night, except I was already in my pjs and had the dog with me, meaning I'd have to get dressed, empty the doggie bowls, pack them up, leash her up, and move, only to do the process in reverse the next morning, which was not appealing to me at all, so I declined. The next morning all they offered was 7,500 points for a night of basically no sleep (after the couple was finished with their business they talked very loudly until 2:30am, then were at it again at 6:30am, which woke me up; thankfully we all went back to sleep once they finished).

I did hear the front desk try to call the room next door twice (I could hear their phone ringing). The guy answered on the second call and I could hear him talking with them. He told his female companion she was being too loud and they both laughed hysterically as though it was the funniest thing they had ever heard.

I was able to move rooms on Saturday morning. When I spoke to the front desk at check-out yesterday they said they wouldn't be offering me any more points since I declined to move at 11:30pm (which I didn't even think was reasonable). I did take a short 2.5 minute recording (taken with the video camera facing the room so I would have proof it was taken in my room) of the noise as proof and played it for the front desk. The front desk also wrote me a letter saying that they agreed the noise level was unacceptable and apologizing (they left it under my door on Friday night).

My question is this: do you think 7,500 points is reasonable? I don't, since my 35,000 FNC wouldn't even get me a basic room over the weekend (base is 40,000). Before I write a review on TA I was wondering if I am being unreasonable. I was also thinking about posting the sound video on Twitter and tagging the hotel (of course I'll have to open a Twitter account first!).

I can’t find my Chase offers either! Just checking in here to see if anyone has the scoop on this but I guess not. Annoying because I was hoping one in particular gets extended but couldn’t find them! Even from a previous email - it’s a blank screen when I click. Boo.

@*WDW*Groupie* I do not think that is reasonable at all. I think they should have taken care of the night completely. I would try to first escalate with the property GM and if that fails contact corporate. Sounds like the desk tried to stop them as you mentioned but that does not change the fact that your night was completely disturbed.

Since I am new...does this mean you cancel the card and reapply to get the bonus? Or can you simply call and get the bonus again?

You can product change your card to a no fee option such as any Freedom card and then reapply after a few days or so. Canceling outright, you will have to wait quite a bit. Someone addressed this earlier for you but this does get confusing.

My chase offers disappeared too:(

It is a bad time for me as I was going to go buy the cards today. I have to write it all down since I have 9 cards, some with offers some without. I'm only sure of three, my Disney, my sapphire and marriott personal. Guess I'll start with them. And other than the sapphire, the other offers were close to expiry.

I think you were WAY more tolerant of that evening than I would have been. I would have also hoped that multiple complaints by multiple rooms would have warranted an in person chat with the occupants by management. Hopefully you can have a productive conversation with the GM.
