@Alexle2007 and @LuckyMamaInDE and any other BWI peeps - We are connecting through BWI in a couple of weeks. Will it be easy enough to get to the PP lounge there from the SW gates, or should we plan on skipping it? I think we have 1.5 hours there. Thanks!
The PP lounge is in D, while the SW gates are in A-C. You'd have to go through security again :( We've never been to that lounge because of its location (only fly SW from BWI--other airlines we use PHL) so I don't know how it is.

I'm going to pass on these fares. I'm finding WGA availability at OAK and SJC, but ideal times are already picked clean, and these airports are more out of the way for us. At best, I'm saving ~$30-40/person going with SW instead of UA. I'd like to use up my SW GCs but not at these prices, and I have UR points and UA miles.

Oh and now comes the time on that DISboards SW megathread where one group has to complain how expensive flights are then another has to brag about how awesome their prices were. Depending on the cast of characters this can devolve into people arguing with each other and saying "it must be nice to be rich". (Did I mention how much I love our thread...but I do also enjoy a good thread train derailment!!)
Instead of bragging about good prices can I brag that we no longer have to fly to wdw?

Oh my... I almost fell out of my seat at work!

This is the first time I have seen a non-stop flight to and from MCO for my dates in over 18 months on SW! The price is $139 in December which is definitely better than what I can currently get on JetBlue and United...I am torn if I should book because I feel deep down JetBlue will drop.

Oh goodness - the DISboards "SW megathread" is some sort of special this morning... :lmao:

People are freaking out about this release not being live yet - you'd think it's life or death the way some talk haha!

Ha,I follow that thread and saw they put up 9 pages since I went to bed! Needless to say I didn't read them all.

So my Delta saga to get my 80k miles goes on LOL. On 5/20 they said I had spend $4500 towards my spend, which was NOT true. I had spent the required before the end of the 2nd statement. Over the weekend I spent a good additional chunk of change while out of town. So today I ask again, and they tell me my qualified spend is $2996?!?!?! This rep agreed I spent over $6k on my first two statements and I pointed out that I got over 6k regular miles from that spend put into my account because it was all "qualified" spend. They said they will open yet another case LOL. Just give me my darn miles people.
Now off the read the new Delta Amex offers LOL!

@schmass I echo these sentiments. We have never tried the BWI lounge since we only been flying SW lately. I think it is a really small lounge when I researched it but, sadly, have no first hand knowledge it.

I just called Barclay recon#, and they said my application is still pending (even though website says denied) and waiting for the documentation to verify my identity. They asked to send in copy of driver's license, bank statement or utility bill etc via MAIL.
I am NOT comfortable sending my personal information via US mail (identity theft ?!?!), so I requested them to cancel my application.

I saw the upgraded Delta biz offer, so that's where I am going....

RANT: its really not worth getting family members involved in this hobby. My grandma thought she would be able to cover 6 flights on Southwest by signing up for the CSP and Freedom card. She was able to book everyone except 4 one leg trips. She is now upset. Like well you got 8 one way flights for free basically. like yeah you still need to pay for 4 other one way flights, but thats not bad.
