I’m still being skeptical on the weather. Radio forecast was 3-7 inches, my weather app says 1-3 inches. Weather forecasts are notoriously unreliable in Chicago. DS has soccer games tomorrow and Sunday. I’m hoping for no rain or snow.

I keep getting those too. Went ahead and signed up last night even though I’m not sure I’m eligible. It’s been less than 2 years since I got the SUB then I downgraded. I got the “Thanks for requesting an upgrade” email so we’ll see. If it works, I’ll be charging $100 for OBC on our cruise.

Does a $5,000 CL seem low enough on CIP #1 before going for CIP #2? I lowered it to $5,000 in the event I wanted to PC down the line if I were denied.

I am finally watching The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. My nail tech had it on last night while she was doing my Hamilton nail art. I asked her what it was and when she told me I remembered everyone raving about it in this group. So, I paid attention to the first few episodes and loved it. They are now downloaded and I plan to binge watch on the way to Chicago. Thanks everyone who recommended the show!

This riveting drama aside.... the Terps Card is now at 30,000 bonus points, matching the IL one if that is on anyone's radar. I picked it up myself on Wed and it still said 50,000 points online (and failed to screenshot it, I am SO mad at myself!) but at some point between Thurs and today it appears the bonus dropped down to 30,000. Hope anyone who was interested had the good fortune to grab it already!

I’m no fan of snow but I’m fairly certain I would trade you the 96 degrees I walked out into after seeing Endgame this afternoon for some snow given the chance. We’re running 15 degrees above average in central CA right now. Fingers crossed it’ll spread to the rest of you, you could actually use it!!

I agree, while we're generally back to normal for this time of year in the low 60's I'd still much rather have 96 than what we have now. I prefer the heat, though I also prefer the heat when I can go inside to the a/c after I've thawed out But I'm very much a fan of being able to leave the house in shorts and a tank in the morning without a jacket and coming home at night without one, it's what I miss about living in NC along with the fact I'd already be wearing flip flops. I'm still wearing socks to bed here...

I run cold so living in NC didn't keep my hands or feet from being cold in the a/c. I'm also the crazy one that carries a zip up hoodie at WDW to wear on the bus or at inside things because the a/c is too cold for me. In NC, or now when it's hot enough for our a/c to be on, I sit under a blanket because it's cold if you are just sitting but if you're up and doing stuff it's fine. Plus it needs to be cooler to sleep, I'd turn the a/c down at night because once I'm asleep I warm up but can't fall asleep if any part of me is cold.
