Sun Country lost my friend’s luggage. They told her to keep receipts. What is reasonable?

She on vacation or at home? If vacation I would say the essentials for what is needed to get by for a day or two if there's an expectation the luggage will be found. Then reassess. This is what their contract of carriage says about lost baggage, which if I remember is generally similar to what other US carriers would have. Doesn't say anything about this case, just the overall what if it's permanently lost.

In delivering baggage or other property to Sun Country Airlines for transportation, whether checked or otherwise placed into the custody of Sun Country Airlines or one of its employees, the fare-paying passenger agrees that Sun Country Airlines' liability, if any, should the baggage be lost, damaged or delayed in delivery is limited to the lesser of the amount of provable direct and consequential damages actually sustained by the passenger or $3,500.00 for domestic flights. In the case of such flights, the damage sustained by the passenger for property that is lost shall be measured by the fair market value of the property at the time it was received by Sun Country Airlines and not by the cost to replace the property. Ready for a personal card for P2. She has CSR and I’m a little intimidated by the thought of the modified DD. Are there any other personal UR cards with a decent SUB? If not I’m gonna kick myself for not jumping on that Bonvoy offer.

Personal cards for URs are a little tough. Since she has a CSR she’s not eligible for a CSP. Her option for URs is a CF or CFU. Those aren’t the most lucrative bonuses BUT if she’s a “slow churner” it’s a low MSR of $500 and not a bad offer.

Confirmed, negative on Arrival+. Barclays is weird with support links - you must be targeted via email and they're only good for 1-2 months at most. I've only ever seen them offered on the Wyndham and JetBlue cards.

doesnt work that way.

only thing that works into a rewards program is ebates --> Amex MR.

I am finally watching The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. My nail tech had it on last night while she was doing my Hamilton nail art. I asked her what it was and when she told me I remembered everyone raving about it in this group. So, I paid attention to the first few episodes and loved it. They are now downloaded and I plan to binge watch on the way to Chicago. Thanks everyone who recommended the show!
