I lost the way.....!!!!

....for 1 week and have put 4lbs back on!!!! and you can notice it too - my clothes are feeling tight and I feel uncomfortable. It just goes to show that low carbs/non carbs is for life and if you slip up the weight just piles back on. I feel so upset that I let myself think that the odd carb would not harm!!!!

So going to be good from today (went out for a meal last night and ate all the wrong things!!!) going to maybe try and follow the KISS challenge for a week to get rid of my unwanted 4lbs+

So girls and guys be careful out there as as quick as you lose it you can put it back on again.

You will be back on the right track today. You figured out you had a problem and now you are going to correct it. Losing weight can be done, but if we want to keep it off it does have to be a lifestyle change, not just a diet. You can do it, I know you can.

Well, good for you for noticing at 4 pounds and not letting all your lost weight creep up on you. You can lose those 4 pounds and then some - just stick with your low carb way of life!!! :)

Don't let the past get to you - focus on today and the choices you will make! :)
 
At least you are aware of it. Good job for not resolving to just give up! THats a great attitude to have, and I forsee those 4 lbs coming right off once you get back on induction!:teeth:
 

PLEASE don't give up and don't let this discourage you at all! If you slip, just pick yourself up and get back in the ring!

You can do it, really you can, just believe in yourself. I too had a slip up for two days in a row (my own fault for bringing those baked tortilla chips in thinking they were okay, NOT!). We're all here for you, so don't forget that!
 
Natty I think that at some point we all lose our way for whatever reason and end up gaining a little weight. IMO it is harder to get back on track once you have cheated and gained a little than it is to stay on track and not cheat. So congratulations to you for getting right back on track. Don't get discouraged because as soon as you start back low-carbing those 4lbs will just drop off.
