It's my first time staying at the HOJO. Can I request a specific room? Can I call at 3ish and request a certain room even if I won't be arriving until 6?

Does anyone have room recommendations for a two double bed room. Or maybe a building rec?

Will it make a difference that I used the ENT rate?

I would call now if you have a specific room request. They will make a note, but no guarantees. We have stayed in the 2 double rooms before, they are the Pavillion buildings numbers 3,4,5,6. They are two story buildings with no elevators. The second floor rooms have skylights, so the sun will come through in the morning. When we stay in those rooms, I always request a first floor room facing the courtyard rather than the Pirate Splash area to try and cut down on noise. HTH!

Definately call now and have them add the request to your reservation. Then ask again when you first get to the desk to check-in, before they get on the computere and start assigning you a room. They were very helpful for us last year.

We'll be limited with exactly what we can give you based on the kind of room type that you booked when you made the reservation- but we can definitely note your requests within that category! [And your Entertainment Discount, or any other discounts that you may be using don't affect your chances of us being able to accommodate your requests.]
