I leave in a week first time im going home

my home resort is HHI but we are going to OKW for our first trip..staying in a grand villa..what should i take with me like detergent etc....

I think a starter portion of almost everything will be waiting for you.

WARNING!!
The WDW commissaries only sell Minute Maid OJ and a couple gross kinds of beer.
I suggest stopping at a grocery market to get Floridas Natural and Samuel Adams.

There will be plenty of dish detergent and dishwasher soap in the villa, but there will only be a single load size box of Tide in the laundry room. There will be plenty of hand soaps etc, as well as paper products, but I would bring laundry supplies for sure. We always get our own coffee, tea, sugar, and picnic salt and peppers to use as well. If you areb planning on cooking, you will likey be making a grocery run anyway, and those kinds of things will be available there.

Have a great time! You must be a very lucky person, getting a GV at 7 months. There have been posts asking if that was possible. Did you call day by day? Were you ever on a waitlist?

I remember my 1st time at OKW and then the 1st time in a GV, WOW! Are you in for a treat. Enjoy it and enjoy OKW, it's my favorite resort. My family and I will be there June 6th -June 13th, in a grand villa as well, 13 more days to go!

There's 11 of us so we bring a lot of detergent and since I drive in, I bring beach towels for all 11 of us. The resort pool area and the water parks provide them but I prefer big beach towel. Trash bags are also a must. I bring coffee filters from home rather than buying a package of them every time.
