GREAT pointers everyone! and i just remembered one...PACK THE PASSPORTS lmao! can you imagine? sigh. i have the laundry going full force now, i am hoping that i can come back to a house that needs no work, just unpacking and laundry from what we brought with us. (yea right. good luck on that one)

and for those at CSR, i will see you there i am sure! lol! there will be 6 of us, me a frazzled single mom trying to direct everyone, my 2 dk's, my exsister in law looking confused (ex's sister), my brother looking relaxed and 'joe cool' style, and one Grandy (my mum! ) acting like the biggest kid of all!

We leave in 7 days!!!! I'm working on laundry... We have our little Christmas tree we're taking with us to put in the window of the room (complete with Mickey Head Paint Chip ornaments!!)...we have the pain killers and med stuff we're taking with us...we have the packing list that I wrote (back in August)...all we really have to do is pack, stop the mail, and set up the cat with her auto-feeder.

Xerox your park tickets if you have them (back side) and your itinerary or wherever you have your ADR confirmation #s, notes, park hours, etc. Put the xerox in a carry-on but not your purse!

We leave for CSR early Wednesday morning. Right now I've got suitcases(empty ones) and piles of clothes in my living room. Just want to take a look at the forecast tomorrow to figure out just what we'll be needing.

We leave in 5 days too... check in to CBR on Dec. 2! Cannot wait! I've got so much to do this week, that I can't see it going by too slowly!!! I haven't begun to pack yet.. have been catching up with laundry, and getting the house in order. Don't want to come home to a messy house. I cleaned out the fridge today, and will do it again Thursday (if needed) since trash is friday. Tomorrow I will call to confirm all my ADR's, then I guess I will get out the suitcases!! Whooo Hoooo!

We leave in 4 days too! I am so excited!! My DSs are bouncing off the walls going crazy to go. THey are packed and INSANE!! Ready to jump in the car and go!! Me too! I have created little Disney crazed kids and I LOVE IT!

We're at the 10 day mark. I've been checking the weather religiously, which I shouldn't be doing because the weather can change in an instant, but we're really on the fence for going to TL when it's only expected to be 66 degrees!!!

Our 6th year in a row --going before Xmas, but after the decorations are up.
Except last year--went the 2nd week of Jan to accommodate our son and dil.

Greatest time to be at the World and Universal--No lines, yet all the beauty.
I remember looking across the lagoon at Universal around 11 am.--Three or four people is all I saw. Have always walked right onto Splash Mountain with empty boats in front and behind us.

Everyone have a great trip--grab me and I'll buy you a drink!

It has come up so fast, I can't wait to get there!
I do dread the plane ride also, but it's much better than the alternative of driving. I hate long rides & we're in NJ.

Still not packed.. Dropped a bundle at Walmart getting a few "essentials" - also had to pick up my prescription.. $4 for an antibiotic? Can't beat that - even if I used the co-pay on my insurance..

My son-in-law has a 6:30 pm appt. with the doctor to find out what's wrong with his foot - he can barely walk on it..

DD is at the mall with my DGD.. Found a ring she would like for Christmas - has a special meaning that ties in with her best friend who died suddenly a couple of years ago - so I told her to go ahead and get it.. Between the ring and the trip, that's her Christmas..

Talked to my sis - she'll be coming down for 2 full days in the park - my treat.. She literally saved my life when things started spiraling out of control a few months before my DH passed away.. Now I have to work on some sort of schedule to make sure I have her there for the things I know she would really enjoy seeing (probably the Osborne Lights and the Candlelight Processional and Christmas "around the world").. She didn't get to AK when I had her down there the last time - maybe we can squeeze that in..

Got my hat, gloves and "Cuddles" type thermals today, so I should be all set in terms of the weather.. Bring it on! We're going to see Disney all decorated for Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still lots to do, but we'll get it done somehow.. No matter what, we'll be on that airplane headed for Florida on Saturday!

Count me in with the csr arriving group. I will be there Dec 3rd-10th. I have packed or should I say overpacked for my daughter but still need to pack for us. I am packing a bit of everything really. I am bringing some capris, a pair of pants, wear a pair of pants, bathingsuit, s/s tops and some long sleeve light tops , and a fleece top. I am not bothering with the coat.
I am sure we will be fine.
