I know it is Early! Did you book your flights for Nov. yet. (Thanksgiving week)

book your flight as soon as you find the the price that you want to pay. Its no given that the prices will go down after the summer. If you do find that the price have lowered after you booked , you can always get a credit.

How is it you get a credit if prices go down? I've never been able to do that. Appreciate any info. Thanks!

Just reading about all the people going Easter week. I was wondering who is going Thanksgiving week and if you have booked your flights yet.

I am going Nov. 19 -25 and I have my flights booked.

Midwest Express
leaving Milwaukee - 7:25 am arriving at 10:35 am
leaving Orlando - 6:50 pm - arriving Home :guilty: 8:37 pm

Price per ticket 217.40

We will be at WDW from Nov 19th through the 26th and we booked our airfare just about 331 days out. We are flying Song direct from BOS to MCO. We have the first flight out on the 19th and the last flight home on the 26th. We paid about $250 inc taxes and fees.

make sure that you check your flights that you have already booked. It must be the same flight # on the same day. If you find that the rate went down call customer service asap and tell them that you notice that the price have went down. They should at that point issue you a credit voucher that should be good for at least one year. :earsboy:

Booked early for Nov. 22 - Nov. 30 Spirit (AC, NJ) for $194. Booking today @$465!!!

I have also been anxiously waiting for good prices for the 19-26. I think we must be insane to go at this time of year! The problem is that we are waiting to see if our nephew, 6yo, will be able to go with us. From what I understand you cannot buy a ticket for a child without an adult accompanying them (at least online)so far the cheapest I can find is 450 from Montreal, which to me seems a bit pricey for a 3 hour plan ride... :confused3

I bought tickets for 13 people a couple of months ago for Thanksgiving week. We're coming from California so it was EXPENSIVE! I was watching prices every day and staying up past midnight to look for lower fares, and they just kept going up and up and up. It was driving me crazy, so I finally bought them all over a period of a couple of days over the Internet. It was extremely stressful because if I wanted four seats, the airline website would give me a higher per person fare than if I requested two seats. In the end, I had to book some seats as singles and some as doubles and then painstakingly go in and get all the seats together.

We've got 9 seats on American and 4 on United. United fares were $606.60 when I booked and have gone down to as low as $455.10. I called up United every time the fare went down, and they sent me travel vouchers. American's fare was $530.26 and when I saw that it went down by $82, I called to see about a credit, but American charges the $100 change fee first, so that would eat up all the credit. Bummer! I should have put everyone on United, but other family members wanted to leave out of different airports.

Now I just have to figure out when to buy the 13 park hoppers...

Okay I just checked my flight and the price is now 433.01 each. I paid 217.40 each. Also they moved the time back..now I my flight home leaves at 7:30 pm. So I have almost a whole extra day in disney.

I am so glad I bought them when I did. There is no way we could go if I had to pay 400 for a flight.

We booked are airfare in January and are going in November. We have annual passes and knew we were going again this year and when Delta came out with deals in January we couldn't pass up the $120 round trip from Allentown, PA to Orlando. WE also figured they were not in bankruptcy and experiencing the problems US Air had recently encountered (they are in their second bankruptcy). This is the cheapest we have ever flown to MCO and we got the flights we wanted. Cheaper than driving.

Flying Delta/Song from Bradley in CT direct to MCO at $296 RT.

Believe it or not, that is down from $360 in the last month or two! Oops, back up to $306!

If only I could have left a day earlier, the price has been about $40 cheaper.

I know that seems high to all of you BUT Bradley is 45 minutes from home and we have a family policy for flying direct whenever possible! :goodvibes

See you at the parks!!!

My family is going 11/22 to 11/29 on Spirit from AC. We paid $196 RT, now if we look at the price it is $465 RT. With the higher gas prices, you may not want to wait if you find a great rate. Last year during the same time we paid $202 on Spirit.

I'm flying from PHL 11/24 and coming back 11/29. I booked United for $176.90 R/T. I'm afraid that a lower price might come out but I'm ok with what I got.

We'll be at WDW Nov. 27-Dec. 4. I booked our flights back in February on ATA (hoping they'll still be flying then!) since I had a free companion ticket to use. Totaled $210.90 RT for the two of us. The flight times have changed since I booked, but I really like them now. They're direct, and we arrive in Orlando around 11:30AM, and leave around 7PM.

I made my ressies for Nov 11-15. Song, round trip, direct out of Boston to Orlando for 165.00. We have an early flight out and a late flight back, just the way I like it. I have done better in the past but with the price of gas these days I thought this was great.

We are going from Nov 23rd through Dec. 4th. We booked Jet Blue as soon as they offered their fares. The lady on the phone said that I was her very first person to get seats on that flight. We paid 169 from JFK going and 129 to get home. I am crossing my fingers that the prices change on the way home to a lower fare so I can get a credit and since I truly doubt that fares will lower the day before Turkey Day, I am crossing my fingers that the fares getting there go way up so I can feel like I got a sale by buying so soon.
