If course it is only April, however I would like to jump the gun on what new countries you would like to see this year for the Epcot international food and wine festival.. Is there one you would LOVE to see that you haven't seen before? Also what new ideas do you think would enhance what we already have.

I personally would like to see basque dishes, Croatia, and maybe regional Italy in the Italian pavilion. Also I think the BBQ exhibit at the flower/garden was very popular and would also be a hit at food and wine.

I would like to see beer school back. I would also like to see some more free experiences. I know disney is now charging for additional experiences, and I don't think it's right. I understand things like 3d desert and specialized show be a charge as they have been, but the ones that are 15-30 dollars should be free. That is really penny pinching. Guests already pay for a park ticket.
