I have a June use year and want to use points from 2012, 2013 and 2014 for a Nov/Dec 2013 reservation. Can I do this? The 2012 points (42 of them) are not banked.

your june 2012 UY pts are valid for stays from june 1, 2012 to may 31, 2013. if you want to use them for nov 2013, you need to bank them.

you can call at 11 months out (in a couple of weeks, i'm guessing) to bank those pts and book a nov 2013 reservation with banked 2012 pts + current 2013 pts (remember that they are "current" based on dates of stay, not when you call to book) + borrowed 2014 pts if you need them.

any banked 2011 UY pts cannot be banked again, and would need to be used for a stay by may 31, 2013 or they expire.

You apparently intend to book late Nov into the first week of Dec 2013. Do not know what you want to book but be aware that is an extremely high DVC demand time (the highest of the year). Though usually you can get anything you want calling at 11 months out, there could be issues for that time for AKV concierge and possibly BLT standard and AKV value views. Thus, if you are shooting for one of those, you should be planning to do the reservation on-line so you can get in at 8 a.m. because by 9 a.m., when the phones open, something like AKV concierge could be gone.

You can bank those 2012 points now and need to do so before you attempt the reservation. You can do it on-line: sign in to member site, find "My Vaacation Points," then find "Bank Vacation Points." As noted you will be able to use banked 2012 points, 2013 points, and borrow 2014 points for that trip and you can use banked points and borrow 2014 points when reserving on-line.

You need to bank those 2012 points before the end of January 2013 or they will expire on May 31, 2013.
