I know "good" and "cheap" don't go together but...

Can anyone suggest a good but cheap vlogging camera?
I'm looking to spend no more than $120 and I want it to be small and have a flip screen.
I am not a tech person at all so I don't know what a decent one at that price point would be.

What phone do you have?
Phones have basically replaced cameras under the $300-400 point.
