i keep getting a sorry there is a problem message

i'm trying to book ADRs but i keep getting the "sorry there is a problem searching for table service reservations at this time"

anyone else having a problem? or is it just me?

i need to book an ADR for thursday but i can't get through.

Definitely not just you. I am getting the same sad message right now as I'm trying to search for some reservation availabilities.

it's very frustrating..
DD is there now and i'm trying to get her two ADRs that she needs...
she changed plans due to the terrible rain storm today and very very very cold weather...
so i'm trying to get her ADRs for her new schedule on thursday and friday....argggh....

down, up , down, up down, up....same thing kept happening to me the entire time i dealt with her ADRs over the past few months...very frustrating..

I thought it was only me, have not been able to book anything. I have watched dinner slots for be our guest disappear before my eyes as each time I try to book I get this silly message. Over 4 days now. I was even in the system quite by accident when the day turned over but could not get past the dinner time slot.

Very frustrating indeed.

you have to keep trying...
it didn't work for me...then 30 minutes later it did work...
then 10 minutes later it didn't work again..
then 15 minutes later it did..
you just have to keep with it....chain yourself to the computer...

I'm trying to book my 180 day reservations for my honeymoon and just sat on hold for an operator for over an hour before I finally hung up without getting anyone. Neither the computer nor automated phone system would let me book past the day before we get to Disney.

by the way, even if you don't get everything you want, don't give up..

my daughter only decided to go to WDW 90 days in advance..
so by that time, there weren't any 'good' ADRs available..
but i didn't give up...
and eventually (after spending days on end in front of the computer) i managed to book almost everything they wanted...
the only one i couldn't get was akershus...
and you know what??
i was just switching around some ADRs for them - for tomorrow and the next day, and what should pop up? an akershus ADR for them....
the first akershus ADR i'd seen in the entire time i was trying to book for them..

so naturally i grabbed it!!!! and that's just two days in advance..

so NEVER give up....make alternative ADRs, so that you have ADRs booked..
but keep trying to get whatever it is you really really want...
even down to the wire!!!

We are also 180 days out this morning and were having the same problems. The phone wait times were awful this morning and I also gave up after an hour. I just called the phone number a little while ago and only had to wait about 10 minutes. The operator was extremely helpful. Was able to book for the entire week and got reservations at 1900 Park, Ohana and BOG. Good luck!

All I really cared about getting today was our Victoria & Albert's reservation. They have a separate reservation line and I left a message there in the morning, they called me back around 11:30 and I got us a table.

I called the main line again around noon and got right to an operator and made all our other reservations too, so I'm a happy bride again. Thanks for the tips guys!
