can you come scrap mine next???

I have decided to do annual albums from the time we got married to now so I need to rearrange all my pics.

I hope you have fun, and I can't wait to see your work!!

How long did it take to upload them? I have hundreds to be printed but does it take forever to up load them? Have you been pleased with Walgreens photo processing?

Have fun scrapping!

I too am curious about Walgreens photo quality. :) I have been using snapfish.

Another interested in quality. I have gotten pics printed AT Walgreens before from my SD card, but it was on the kodak machine. What kind of paper do they use when you order online? Inquiring minds wanna know :)

670 pics uploaded in about 90 minutes, I think, with a cable connection.

Uploaded pics on Tuesday, email saying they were shipped recieved on Weds.

First time using them like this but have heard good reports from friends. SO I will update quality when they arrive.

Quality is excellent, Fuji paper and quick turnaround. Sent an email with tracking numbers. Very happy with them and will use them again.

I really like Walgreens online photo printing. I use them all the time. I added it up a week or so ago and I've spent close to $400 over the past year at Walgreens. :rolleyes1

I used Walmart's mail service once and the photos were crap. The colors were all off. They weren't a true 4x6, they were noticeably shorter on the one side. I printed a couple of them at Walgreens and took them to Walmart to show them the difference and they refused to do anything. I had printed over 100 of them. It really ticked me off. Since then I haven't used their photo printing. And as you can see from above, I spent quite a bit on photos! ;)

I like Walgreens and Rite-Aid. At Walgreens right now through the 10th if you order 25 prints online you can get 25 free with the code TREAT. :thumbsup2 It can be used up to 10 times per account. And you have to have 50 pictures to print. I used it 3 times this past week and will use it a few more times to print some for my sister. :rolleyes1 :)

Snapfish will print your photos at walgreens, if you don't want to wait for them to come by mail. The quality is really good, but they have been running about 19 cents each instead of 12 cents by mail.

The "odd" size prints are because the 'aspect ratio' of a digital camera is not the same as that of a film camera. In order to give a 4x6 print from a digital photo, they have to crop off the long side of the photo to make up the difference in the aspect ratio. If you want a true print from digital, they actual size will be something like 4x5.XX. The XX is the fraction, I don't remember.

Walgreens warned me of that very thing. I opted for the smaller ones and I really dont notice a difference EXCEPT if I put one next to a 4 x 6 print.
