I just saw Ralph Fiennes on Broadway!

Just took my daughter to see Ralph Fiennes on Broadway in "Faith Healer" (he was nominated for a Tony award) It was her last day of school so we went into the city to celebrate. Not only is Ralph Fiennes extremely talented and handsome, but very humble. After the show he talked to everyone and signed playbills. I didn't ask him to sign my playbill, but asked him instead to sign my CD of Wuthering Heights. I asked him if he minded and told him he was amazing in Faith Healer, but he will always be by favorite Heathcliff. He was very kind to everyone and stopped to talk to everyone waiting for an autograph. Its so nice to see a drama, with no sets or costumes, but just 3 actors doing what they do best.

I have loved him since Schindler's List!! I remember I had to see Quiz Show the opening night!! Love him love him!! That's great!!! I bet you had a great time! Glad to hear he's so nice!

He was actually almost shy, and I thought that was really sweet. Cherry Jones also starred in the show with him (she has been in alot of plays but people would know her as the cop in "Signs") She said we were a great audience, everyone gave them a standing ovation. She came out of the stage door with her bike and helmet on to sign autographs. Everyone around us said it was a great theater experience for them, it was 2 acts, and each actor told their story for about 45 minutes, and you really got caught up in it. Ralph Fiennes had the first and last scene, and it was very touching. It was great to see such a good movie actor up close like that, you really can appreciate their talent. I will post pictures when I upload them from my camera.

Mmmmmmmm!!!! Ralph Fiennes!!! He should have won an Oscar for The English Patient. Such a heart-rending performance. I'd LOVE to see him perform in such an intimate setting as Broadway. Please do post pics!

I just can't look at him the same since Red Dragon. He creeped me out so much in that role. I guess that means he's a great actor but
