Figured. Beyonce doesn't strike me as an actress...just, i hate to say it, a model who reads her lines. The 70s aren't nearly as much fun as the 60s.

But I'm goin to see it this weekend...you know this is the summer of sequels (next year too...on god i think 2002 is the year of the sequel...heh, the sequel to 2001..*lol*)...star wars (better than #1), men in black (i thought it was kind of flat, but it had good effects), stuart little (didnt see it, probably will on video), etc...when are we going to have a summer of TRUE originals again? By the time that comes, I'll have already moved to Rome...sigh...

There is a song from this movie that Dr. Evil does that is just HILARIOUS! It is a parody off of Jay-Z's song "Hard knock life". If you have Kazaa or something, Download it because it is soo funny.

I can't wait to see it! We're going to see it at the Drive-In either tonight or tomorrow night! I love Austin Powers!! Austin's song w/ Ming Tea, "Daddy Wasn't There" is too funny! I downloaded it off Kazaa the other day and have been listening to it over & over!!

Honestly though I wouldn't wait in line for it. It wasn't worth it IMO. I'd wait until it's been out for a couple weeks & the crowds die down.

Sis saw it today & she thought this one was worse than the first one.

I probably won't see the 3rd Austin Powers movie at the theater - I'll wait for DVD. I thought the original was funny, but the 2nd one went overboard in the gross department!

BTW - I saw "Stuart Little 2" yesterday- and it was very cute.

I saw Austin Powers last night .. It was okay, some funny things here and there. I also saw it with 3 14 year old boys .. and they seemed to think it was hilarious
