I just ordered through GardenGrocer! Now what...

Thanks so much for the info here about gardengrocer.com!! I've placed an order, but now I need to know...

We expect to arrive at Pop Century at around 10:30am, our 2 hour time frame for delivery is 10:00-12:00, so I think that will be fine.

But I'm not expecting our room to be ready (it would be great though ) and if it isn't we plan on heading straight to MGM. So my questions are:

Do you have to actually be at the resort when the groceriers arrive (I've already pre-paid for them)?

Or will the resort hold the delivery for us (keeping it cold)?

We might not be back to the room until very late (MGM's EMH night) and I know that our luggage will be sent to the room (we're using ME). But what do I do about the groceries?

We have a soft sided cooler that I'll need to fill with ice before putting the groceries in....

Anyone have any experience with this?

If you are not in your room, your groceries will be left with the Bell people. Your cold items will be refrigerated. Call Bell Services when you are back in your room. If the Bell Desk is closed you can call the next day.

Do you know when Bell Services closes? If we return after they are closed, the luggage will be in the room already, right?

I have read about bags being delivered at 2AM. We were returning from a hospital trip to WL at 5AM and we were told that the Bell Desk was closed until 7AM. You might check with the resort.
