I just LOVE the smell of...

Oh my goodness, I love this thread. I love smells in general. But, my favorites:

Snickerdoodle cookies
Mint
Gasoline
Freshly cut grass
Hot asphalt
The Quaker Oats factory in town
Lavender
Bath & Body works stuff: sensual amber, vanilla noir, creamy coconut, jasmine vanilla, and warm milk & honey
Puppy's breath -- I work for a small-ish company, and the owner has 3 St Bernards that he brings into work occasionally.. and they have the best breath.
Old books and used book stores
Dry-erase markers
New shoes
Fabric softener sheets
Tanning lotion - I use Hempz and it is amaaazing.

Also, confession time.. I don't have children, but I buy the Johnson's Bedtime lotion & bubble bath for babies because it smells SO good.

Is that the lavendar chamomile one? I don't have kids either but use it to was all of my hand wash stuff.

Here's what I want to know ... How did you first come across the Frito smell on your dog's feet? I don't routinely smell my pets feet so I am not sure I would pick up on this!!

Baby lotion. I love the smell of babies period but especially when they have on baby lotion...

Well, the bottles are in my bathroom and I'm too lazy to go look.. But I think so. They're in a purple bottle, and it's their "bedtime" line for babies. Smells amazing! Plus the bubble bath makes more bubbles than my Bath & Body Works stuff.

Here's what I want to know ... How did you first come across the Frito smell on your dog's feet? I don't routinely smell my pets feet so I am not sure I would pick up on this!!

I had never heard of it until an author I read (Jen Lancaster--HILARIOUS) mentioned that her rescued pit bull's feet smelled like corn chips.

This is sad, but when I was cleaning out my craft closet in my office today, I came across 2 of the old permanent markers that have the really strong smell and was sadly excited about it. UGH, they smell so good!

OMG!!! I'm crying! My DH asked what I was laughing at, read to him about dog's "Frito feet" so he called our Rottie in here and is sniffing her feet! Dog is freaking out(she doesn't like her feet touched) and I am LMAO! He agrees they smell like Fritos! Gross!

Florida- yes Florida. Every once in a while we will go outside here and one of us will say, "Quick, close your eyes and smell!" and it's like being in Florida.

Seems to me she mentions it in a couple of them...might've been Bitter is the New Black & the next one, Bright Lights, Big A**. It's Maisy's feet that she's talking about.

Oh I did read both of those, but it's been awhile. Can't believe I don't remember the frito feet though!

I was at WDW with my mom for the half-marathon in January and was reading Such a Pretty Fat and kept laughing out loud and reading bits of it to her. She finally ended up borrowing it and Bitter and loved them both even though that's not her normal style of reading. Jen's one of the few authors I can read over and over again and still LOL every time.

She's pretty funny on Twitter, too.

Your screen name reminds me...a few years ago when I worked for B&BW seasonally, they had a Tinkerbell-themed Wallflower out that came with its own fragrance; it was called Sugared Pixie Dust. It reminded me of my grandma's lemon butter cookies that she baked every Christmas. It was wonderful. So I love the smell of that, too. I just wish I could still buy it.

ETA: N/m...just found some on ebay and now have 4 refills headed my way.
