You could get a baby bib that says "I love my Daddy" or "If you think I'm cute, you should see my Daddy" and wrap it up and give it to him. See if he gets it.

I always thought I'd tell my DH that way if we were ever lucky enough, but we were never blessed that way.

Congratulations and could you send some of that luck my way. Dh and I have been trying since we got married just over 6 years ago with no luck whatsoever, no positive anything even after treatments. It will take a miracle for us.

I second the bib and wrapping a bib. I would have sent my Dh pink and blue flowers at work if we had ever had any luck.

Congratulations!

For my oldest son, I wrapped up a book I was saving for this occasion called "I Love My Daddy."

When I found out I was pregnant for second, we "told" our family at our oldest son's birthday party. While he was having cake, someone finally noticed his shirt that said "I'm going to be a big brother!"

Everything that has been said so far is great, and I'm sure whatever you decide to do will be something that your husband will always remember.

Well, the first time I got a bib that said Heaven Sent and gave it to him, unfortunately we lost 2 babies to get our blessing in Dec 2002 in which I place a pair of baby booties in a Easter Egg and put it in his Easter basket!

You could since you will be at WDW go to Coral Reef and have them do a special message for you and sit in the 2nd tier so he can see it.. and tell him that way!

They do it for FREE... just inquire about it, Coral Reef is in Epcot.

Congrats! My friend told her husband by putting a bun in the oven and then asked her hubby to check the oven for something. It actually turned out quite funny because he asked her why there was a "roll in the stove" and then she had to explain it!

When I was pregnant with my third, it was a BIG surprise and my previous child was only 4 months at the time. I wanted to wait until I reached my 12 week mark b/4 I told my extended family. I surprised my parents by wrapping up a baby onsie with my then 6 month olds picture on it and "I'm going to be a big brother!" I gave it to them on Christmas morning as their last gift. My mom was so shocked and surprised... My dad kept saying, "what does that mean?!?!?!"

As for an idea you could make a list of new years resolutions like, won't drink, won't smoke, will strive to be the best mom I can be, etc

Congratulations! When I got pregnant for the first time my DH was with me when I took the test, so we took the surprise at the same time, but my mom didn't know. We bought a pacifier placed it in a box with a note saying "grandma I will see you in 9 months" and wrap as a present. When she opened it and saw the pacifier she thought it was a joke until she read the note.
