I got Myrtle Beach for 4 nights, but just realized that it is not ocean front. I really want ocean front. Do you think I could try again and try for an ocean front under dh's name and then cancel my original one? Or - my mil said I could use her cc, name and address and try again.

I'm under the impression that if you were to try again you need to use a different computer than you did originally, not the same credit card number, not the same address and if you and DH have the same last name (ya never know) that would be a no-go also

And in the customer service video the timer starts at 1:17 and counts down, so maybe 1:17?

Unless you have a diffrent IP address and a diffrent email address, diffrent CC number and diffrent names on the reservation then I would not chance it. They will cancel all of them if there is anything the same.

supposedly it is over, I never got the email that others got saying it was over. I did get the first one we were all talking about this morning that it was not over yet.

I am not sure if this has been posted or not, but it was something I wondered about. The rate I received is zero dollars. There is no additional fee on top of that. The tax is zero, because whatever percent of zero is still zero. No booking fee, no additional charges. My total is just zero.

Of course if we valet park, I expect a charge for that. Meals in the dining room? Sure, a charge for that. But the cost of the room and fees is absolutely nothing.

In terms of cancellation: If I cancel there is a $25 charge from the hotel. If I don't show up on the planned day-a charge of the first night $0. If I don't show up at all, a charge of the total amount of the reservation again-$0
