Well I am done for the night!!! I emailed them and I really hope they honor their promotion from now on. What a HORRIBLE end to the day.:sad1:
 
While this was going on, I actually got a 5 minute window.........coincidence?????

Unfortunately the dates I had in mind didn't give me what I wanted............so all this crap for nothing.

not saying this in a mean way....but I think I am too tired to even think of a suggestion beside YOU SUCK (LMT of course not you)

Did they offically say that it was no more?


Thomas said he had no idea what was going on and couldn't answer if the promo was still on or not but I will be asking the florida managers about it tomorrow morning for sure. Hong kong really couldn't answer anything for me
 

Holy crap it popped up and I was not able to get it booked.
I had only 1:30 minutes by the time the video was over
 
ok, I talked to Thomas who is the supervisor in the hong kong office, he has no idea what is going on, I told him what happened and he asked for our website here so he can forward it on to the managers in charge in Florida. He asked what exactly happened today and I told him that the promo only ran for 5 minutes and not the 15 as their website states. Also said if there was some type of problem and it sounded like he knew about it then why wasn't it stated on their website that there were problems, blah blah blah. I told him that there are tons of people here very, very upset and that there is talk of lawsuit and letters going to the hotels that participate and people boycotting their company. I also got the name of the 2 managers in florida office: Carrie Harris and Phillip Lee. I should be receiving a call from one of them tomorrow. I told Thomas I have been on the computer since 8:20 am and it was 12:00 when I stopped trying their website. He said that I will be compensated for the problems occuring today. Not sure what that means. When I talk to the managers tomorrow i will definalty tell them about all of you and how we all tried winning today but were not given the chance to. Any other suggestions as to what to say to them tomorrow????

did anyone get a $1 room? I can't believe it- it just happened and when I checked it there were only a couple of minutes left. There were no hotels available for the location I was looking for and I entered a new location and it started the 1 minute video again so it used all of my time- so bummed, I've been waiting all day like the rest of you!
 
OMG!!!!! The promo just ran!!!! Granted it was only for 2 1/2 min, and I (of course) didn't get in...but still...interesting....

Don't know how anyone could have completed it in that time...what a rip.

I get one when it started. I did EVERYTHING. Watched the videos, I had my dates, my info, everything.


As I clicked the last box after the survey, a banner popped up that said I had JUST missed the promo.

Thank you for calling and talking to them. I think it's interesting he told you that and I hope they make good on it, but are they planning to compensate everyone who spent all day online? :confused3

I'm not asking you personally, lol, just wondering. I'm just curious to see how they plan to get out of this one.

I don't get it - am signed in, two windows opened, just opened up yet another during the time this was supposedly finally happening - and saw NOTHING?

And I was going for a Disney hotel, all of them disappeared when the promo started, all there was were values.
 
well that's a little bit late huh??? and so much for not doing it between 12 am and 6 am????

I'm off to bed but i will keep you all updated tomorrow
