ok, I talked to Thomas who is the supervisor in the hong kong office, he has no idea what is going on, I told him what happened and he asked for our website here so he can forward it on to the managers in charge in Florida. He asked what exactly happened today and I told him that the promo only ran for 5 minutes and not the 15 as their website states. Also said if there was some type of problem and it sounded like he knew about it then why wasn't it stated on their website that there were problems, blah blah blah. I told him that there are tons of people here very, very upset and that there is talk of lawsuit and letters going to the hotels that participate and people boycotting their company. I also got the name of the 2 managers in florida office: Carrie Harris and Phillip Lee. I should be receiving a call from one of them tomorrow. I told Thomas I have been on the computer since 8:20 am and it was 12:00 when I stopped trying their website. He said that I will be compensated for the problems occuring today. Not sure what that means. When I talk to the managers tomorrow i will definalty tell them about all of you and how we all tried winning today but were not given the chance to. Any other suggestions as to what to say to them tomorrow????
