Too funny -- I was thinking the exact same thing! Cause it's not the rides... it's all that great food! Disney isn't dumb... they know they are offering a perk that will serve them, too! I am green with envy of those cashing in on the perk, though! You lucky dogs! We just stayed at SSR too -- we really loved it! DH puts it right up there with the Lodge, and ahead of his beloved OKW! I mentioned the AP deal to him last night... he alllllmost seemed curious. (Can you tell who the DVC-CONSERVATIVE is in the family? Hint -- NOT ME.) It took me 2 months of buttering-up and financial presentations to convince him of a small BWV add-on to our existing BWV points last April. It would probably take a lottery win to sway him towards buying 130 SSR pts! Especially as our trip bills pour in right now from a 2 week stay! Yikes! Oh well -- at least we don't have a bill for accomodations, right?!?

(BTW -- what is the SSR points price for members now? $95? And is it still true that with 100 pts or more you can get the $10 discount per pt if you sell back your first year? Is all that still available with the AP offer too? Can you tell I'm doing some undercover scouting work or what?!?)
