I just don't understand

After receiving everyone's good advice, I emailed the DVC member satisfaction team explaining what happened on our 2/9 stay and the credit we never received. I wasn't expecting anything but an acknowlegement that this was not handled in a timely manner. It was 2/28 and still no credit had been posted even after we were promised earlier in the week by William at DVC that it was complete. On 2/29 around 5:30 pm I received a call from member services with nothing but apoligies. Our credit had finally cleared. She mentioned that she saw we had another trip planned on 3/30 at AKV. I was told pixie dust would be sent my way and my trip would be more than special. We will see....
