I just did something SO STUPID!!!

OH MY!! Have you ever done something so terribly stupid that you just can't believe it???
Well, I just sent an email to the principal of DD's high school. The thing is, at the bottom of my email I have a signature. I change the sig a couple of times a week, sometimes it's more politically correct than others.
Today, wouldn't it figure, that the signature said - in bright red letters no less:
"Did you know that I Told You So has a brother? His name is Shut the Hell Up?"
GEEEZZZZ!!! I immediately sent an apology but honestly, it's a Christian School!! I am so going to hell....

You know, there's a chance (slight as it may be) to "recall" it if you're using outlook and he is and he hasn't read it yet. I know it's a long shot, but just in case. Here's the instructions I've used before, good luck!


To attempt to recall a message:

1. From Outlook 2003, open the "Sent Items" folder.

2. Double-click the e-mail you wish to recall, opening it in a new window.

3. Select "Actions" - "Recall this message".

It wouldn't be nearly so bad as I was emailing him after a phone conversation about a boy that's been sending vulgar text messages to my daughter. Granted my sig isn't anywhere close to what this boy is sending but still.

These things happen! I always hope that I am sending e-mails to the correct person. I do have a tendency to talk about people on my e-mails, so if they were to go to the wrong person, ay-ay-ay! An apology was the way to go, and you sent one.

really its not that bad, one time i sent an email to our priest,it was some beautiful pics of statues of saints and i said see you in church on sunday but my sig said "I'D RATHER BE IN DISNEY" that was embarrasing!
