i just completed my TR and I am going back for more!!

Hello everyone. I just completed my TR from my recent trip. For those of you who have not already been following along, I would love it if you would check it out and let me know what you think. I took pics of a lot of food porn! Including the complete Goofy's kitchen buffet. I hope you enjoy!

This is what reminds me that I have an obsessive personality. I just got back from DLR 2 weeks ago and I am already planning another trip before 09 is over.


It is official... my mother and I will be returning to CA in December for a weekend trip. We arrive on Friday December 4th and leave on Dec 7th. We will be doing local anaheim stuff on friday night, HOLLYWOOD on Saturday, and a full day at DLR on Sunday to see the Christmas Decorations!

We will be staying at the Park Vue Inn. I am so excited. Depending on my finances, I might invest in an AP finally.

We plan to do the walk of fame, Grauman's Chinese theater, The Hollywood Wax Museum. Homes of the stars. I cannot wait to play tourist! I have convinced my mother to let me go to PINK'S! I cannot wait to try their chili dog! I want to try and do Roscoes Chicken and Waffles for dinner. I think we are going to have a great time!

Then of course there is DLR at Christmas time! I have never been able to experiance this, so I am very excited to have the chance to. I love Christmas time, as it seems to bring out the human in so many people. I don't care if it is busy. I will be in my laughing place, during the happiest time of the year...


Next I have a birthday trip I am trying to plan for in Jan. I have problems.

Well, it panned out as alright as it could have. However, she wants to go back to CA but she does not want to do it by herself, so I am going with her.
I have never really had much of a chance to do Hollywood, so I jumped at the chance.

That's great that you are going back so soon! Make sure to take more pictures please... I just read the majority of your TR and I love love LOVE all the photos that you took


PS if you didn't have a "problem" you wouldn't be on this site!!! (And I keep telling myself and others that it's not a problem, just an enthusiasm for everything Disney!

Yay! You finished your TR and have already picked dates to go back, two steps ahead of me! I think we might be going back that weekend to see Christmas decor too, but nothing finalized . But first, I must finish (uh...start ) my TR. I edited all my food photos yesterday - 40+! So its a daunting task, but will eventually have to be done. I MUST finish it! Yay for getting APs possibly - although it makes it sooo easy to plan trips. Bring on the snowball effect!

We're staying at the Park Vue too.....but we are leaving on Friday Dec 4th. The Christmas fireworks show is SO amazing...and you can get a good view of it from the Park Vue's breakfast balcony if you aren't in the park. Not as good of a view as Main Street, of course. Plus it doesn't snow on the Park Vue's balcony....

Christmas is my Favourite time at Disneyland! I hope you have a great trip!

I want to go again, but the AP’s have run out - I'm waiting to renew them until we know when we'll be back. It looks more like January.

Do it! You should definitely invest in one, especially if you plan to go any more often. It enables you to go spur of the moment and take a road trip. I use Priceline for hotels, as you can get some great last-minute deals on there (even though, I usually plan my trip pretty far ahead).

We went the first weekend in October, and I'm planning a trip for Thanksgiving and again, the weekend afters final exams. Having an AP makes it easy to decide as I have already invested the money.

That place was delicious. Great fried chicken, but I hear that Lolo's in Phoenix is awesome too. Ever been?

It really is a magical thing, though I know some people who just don't have the Christmas spirit. You'll have a great time!

I have been to roscoes a few times now and I love it. So I figure while I am near it I need to go.

Lolo's is great. I actually just went there today for lunch. It was soooo yummy!

Not to be a downer or anything - but that first Sat. and Sun. are Candlelight Processional days - so be prepared for major crowds. We were there on CP Sunday last year and it was very hard to move around Main Street. Super crowded and squishy . We still had fun and used FP wisely, it just helps me to be warned so I know what to expect.

I have problems.

If I lived closer I'd have problems too. I live in Australia and this will be our second trip with 1 year between visits I was already planning this trip while I was in the park last year.

First off, Thanks for your great trip report. It was fun for us to keep track of and helped us get excited right before our trip on the 15th-18th.

Secondly, we have been fortunate enough just like you to be hit by the Disneyland Snowball and are also planning a quick return trip. We will be going back around Thanksgiving time.

The 10+ hour drive doesn't make it the easiest thing in the world especially with a 2yr old and a 5yr old, but they did really well this past trip.

We bought APs and have some $$$ to recoup so we have that added incentive too!!!

Right now it looks like we are planning on a 2-3 day trip Thanksgiving Week, possibly a surprise Anniversary Trip mid January (just my wife and I) for a couple of days, and then another family trip in April (even if we have to deal with spring break crowds). I am sure we will try to get another Summer trip in too if we can manage it.

What can I say we are addicts now too!!!

I am trying to muster up the energy to do a trip report. I am not sure if could live up to your standard though
