I'm a new DVC member I bought a resale and just received my DVC member card



Tomorrow I'll jump on the phone to book my first trip as a member !!!

Can anyone provide me the operating hours of the member services ?

I'm soooo excited !!!!

MS hours are 9-5:30 weekdays and open untill 7:00 on thursdays.

Charles, DVC sends out bound bmembership books out each year to the members. As a resale, you may not automatically get one until the next mailing. However, you can do any of the following (and maybe other things) to access the information:

1) Seek out the seller of the points to provide you with their documentation;

2) Call MS to request a book;

3) Access most of the information on the dvc website: www.disneyvacationclub.com.
