Yesterday at school, a girl (white gangster girl), brought vodka to school and got expelled. Before that she was drug dealing outside school, but on school property and got suspended.

I found out more about what happened.

His mom refuses to get him out of juvie, or jail, or whatever. AND she refuses to let him go live with his dad. she has a lot of problems and has kicked J out MANY MANY times. He has lived with more than 6 of our friends and is mother once told him that she wished that he was dead because he was just a burden to her.

He is going to a foster home and my bestie Andrew says that he is in mourning of the fact that he has to leave.

Yes, I've been around people who are high. Probably way more times than you have.

I've been high. More than once. There's no switch that goes off in your head and you don't know what the hell is going on. You still comprehend everything that is said to you, everything that you say, and everything you do. You make clear, concise decisions. You can act the same way high as you do sober.

The kids who act out of their mind are doing just that: acting.

Also i wouldn't brag about having been high, not admirable at all. Or drunk for that matter. We have a family history of drug and drink addiction, it's not a glamorous life.
As for making clear concise decisions. Yeh ok you seriously weren't high enough, or you were taking a very soft form of that drug.

OP- Sorry but i have no sympathy for your friend. You just can't go to school on drugs, i mean even my school would exclude you for that.

I'm so sorry.
He might not even realize what he's doing at the moment and all the mistakes he's commiting but in the future he will.
Maybe you can go talk to him and try to help him open his eyes and see what he's doing.

I honestly think you're all being way ridiculous in you argument against Bear Necessities (sorry, don't know your name).
He does have a point, and he wasn't bragging that he's been high. He's just stating that he knows what it's like to be high.

Anyways, as he said, drinking and getting high is not all you can do. There are other ways to feel out of reality. In most situations, doing those things will make things worse. If your home life is bad, you shouldn't go to school and frig that up too.
