What have you gone to Disney World to celebrate?

I'm working on slowly planning a trip right now to take when I finish my PhD (hopefully about 18 months!)

Does refinancing our house and getting an escrow check in the mail count as a reason to celebrate? We did that a year ago.
Five years ago we celebrated our 10th anniversary at WDW.
