I heard a THV rumer from a CM two days ago

so i was on the boat from SSR to OKW and was chatting w/ the boat driver about THVs. He told me that DVC will actually be opening them up two weeks early and that they are taking reservations. If you're local and can get down there in a few weeks to be the first, give MS a call and see if its true!

By the way, he told me that this is not being advertised or "shared" w/ the general population. Who knows if its true or not

It is not unusual to have a soft opening before the official opening, but my undersanding is that it is usually for select customers and CMs to work out any "kinks" in resort operations. I doubt you could reserve on points for soft opening nights.
