I went on New Year's Day, a Sunday, and our menu was the Menu Two. I definitely remember there not being ribs. I'm thinking about going the first week of May, and hope to go on a Wednesday or Saturday, for the ribs.

I know awhile back, there was a list of the Boma Menu Rotation. I have a copy of it, but it doesn't list the rotation for Sunday. Does anyone still have a link to this file or know what foods are served on Sundays? We are trying to decide if we should eat there on the Sat. or Sun. of our stay.

Hi,

I'm a picky eater; I like meat and potatoes, salt and pepper. I've heard great things about Boma. It looks like you can get chicken and prime rib everyday, and flank steak often. Would these be exotic spicy kinds of food? What about getting potatoes? Also, at any of the Disney buffets, would I look silly at the kids buffet for the chicken strips and Mac-n-cheese?
