The major problem with the back foundation wall is some outward tipping with associated cracks. The tipping and cracks have been caused by long term sliding of the garage concrete floor slab toward the back of the garage. The horizontal force on the slab is due to the expansion of the driveway and street during the summer months.
EXPANSION OF THE DRIVEWAY-WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

You need to install an expansion joint across he driveway near the front of the garage.
WHAT IS AN EXPANSION JOINT?

Thanks!

Concrete and asphalt expand when heated. The street and your driveway are actually getting slightly bigger during the summer and pressing up against your foundation. Most builders plan for this and place an expansion joint right next to the garage door to deal with the problem. Sounds like the builder of your house dropped the ball on this.

An Expansion Joint is basically a break in your driveway thats about half an inch wide and filled with a calk like substance or sometimes with a wood strip. It looks like a little trench that crosses your driveway. The idea is to break the driveway up into 2 or more slabs, and then let the xpansion joint compress and relax as the slabs move, contract or expand. This absorbs the presure and prevents cracking. It also prevents the problems you are having.

And now, to prove you can find a picture of anything on the internet, here is a picture of a driveway expansion joint:
