Realistically, what is your budget? Trying to plan a deluxe stay on a value budget will only add to your stress. Maybe we can help you narrow things down if you give us more information.
We stayed at AKL for our 25th, CBR for our 30th, and POFQ for our 35th. They were all great.
ETA. Have you changed your mind about POR/POFQ (your previous thread)?
We can stay deluxe, mod, or value.....just not sure what "feel" I want....."crazy disney or calm disney" LOL!!
previous visits we have stayed at the Contemporary, ASM,POP, WL several times (which we love) and SSR.
I'd pick GF or YC, depending on what area you prefer to stay in. Better book quick as Sept discounts have already been released, so avail may now be limited.
If WL is your favorite, why not book one of the CL Honeymoon rooms? We booked one last year for our 25th and are going back for 1 night before a cruise for our 26th.
What about boardwalk? You would have grown-up disney, with the fun activities on the boardwalk, the creepy clown pool (I'm sorry, was that a negative?), and you could walk into epcot and DHS from the resort.
My vote is Poly. They light the tiki torches at and just has a romantic feel for an evening stroll. When we stayed there if we couldnt get to where we were going by boat or monorail we didnt go. It was definitely more of a resort stay. We booked CL and loved it. But it was a once in a lifetime stay. My budget now could never afford it.
That stay was our first drinking on the monorail crawl. Stopped at GF, CR, and ended at Tambu. Our first time at HDDR. It was over 10 years ago when hurricane Ivan was heading to FL panhandle. We did MK in less than 5 hours. That was the same year Orlando got hit by 3 hurricanes and it was very quiet.
It's our 25th this September also. We had a hard time deciding too, but decided to go back to BC. The evening stroll to Epcot world showcase for dinner, snacks and drinks is THE BEST. Love the pool area, Boardwalk right across the street.
In the running was also Poly, BWI (since I had never stayed there) and GF (again never stayed there).
We celebrated our Honeymoon in Disney..............at some crappy, rinky dink motel offsite. It was called the Magic Castle Inn. All we could afford!! Boy have times changed since then
