I have been in the mood for ben and jerry's ice cream the one with chunks of brownies in it, Well i have been doing sooooo good with my diet eating heathy lost 5 pounds, a pant size. And what do i do i seen it the ice cream i been hungry for what do i do i buy it and it is sooooooooo good but soooooooooo bad.Oh well got to start fresh tomarrow and home i don't eat any more unless my sugar goes low. That should bring it up in no time.LOL
 
Tomorrow is always another day! You're strong, you can do this! I try to treat myself to something once a month (usually a half portion of biscuits & gravy at my favorite greasy spoon) and I go out for it, so I don't bring anything home.....I can't handle stuff in the fridge - it sings to me!

So.....in the mean time, throw that ice-cream away! If your sugar goes too low, there are healthier alternatives than that! Keep fruit in the fridge. Keep the Ben & Jerry's as an indulgence....only once in a while.

You have a healthy attitude and, girlfriend, we've worked too hard to go backwards! Good luck!

been there done that!!! i think we ALL have :)

for me this lifestyle change needs to be one I can actually LIVE with and so that means no feelings of deprivation! moderation not deprivation!

hopefully you just bought a pint right? not a half-gallon;)

not sure what plan you are on -- but with WW it's ok to splurge some pts on a treat once a week or so. it keeps me going

onward and downward!! no more ice cream today for you young lady!:teeth:
 

Ben and Jerry corrupted me also!!! But it was Chunky Monkey that got me. They are bad dudes!
 
If it helps at all, I bought the low fat version and it's pretty good! I put it in the freezer and only eat 2 tbs at a time-- it's enough to get the taste but not feel like you've totally blown it!
 
Ah... the evil Chocolate Fudge Brownie. I blame that flavor for the majority of my 40 pound weight gain my freshman year in college :p

Have you tried the yogurt version? I think it's great and a serving is only 4 points on Weight Watchers - a very tolerable dessert. Just make sure you measure it out or weigh it to get 1 serving :)
