I have been challenged-UPDATE

The rules

No lists

No putting stuff aside

I may pack the kids-they are not going with us but going to my moms.

I have to pack for Me & DH. and we are going on a 5 day cruise followed by 5 days at WDW. i have prepaid for 2 suitcases.

And my sister will pay up. she is the type to everthing last minute & she thinks to know which park on which day at WDW is over planning. And my one ADR per day is crazy. As for spending the $100 on stuff I forgot DH is ok with that as long as I win.;) and I do have a lot of my packing in my head.

It is doable, I do it everytime I have to pack.

However since you are going on a cruise with just dh I would pass.....;)

I couldn't do it. I would go insane! I have packing lists on my computer for different trips (beach, camping, Disney) that I edit and print out. I'd have to spend the $100 for therapy - or maybe some wine so I wouldn't care so much!

Guess my sister would just have to keep her $100 bucks. On the bright side, maybe she'll give you a big christmas present!

With those rules, yup, I could do it! Not a problem at all! :) You'll know how many days you're going, you'll know what you need to bring, just go over it a couple times in your head and you'll be good to go. :)

I don't think I could do it. I don't really pack ahead, but I definitely shop and set stuff aside ahead of time. Are you allowed to buy stuff ahead - like your little toiletries?

I worked up until the night before I left for my trip and I had to do ALOT of laundry at my parents house the night before. I got back to my apartment with about 3 hours before I had to leave to catch our train and managed to pack it all then, and I always overpack. I did keep a packing outline with me a few days before and added to it whenever I remembered something.

I'm actually a late packer, though not really as bad as one of my friends who waits till the very last minute and then she goes through like a fury.

What she doesn't know is that stuff is always ready to go.

I say go for it. I started packing at midnight the night before my 13 day Italy trip last year (the flight left CLE at 6:00am) and didn't forget anything, so it is possible...especially for $100.

That's how I pack all the time....can't see packing weeks before anyhow. Most times I need to wear what I'd be packing so I couldn't pack ahead if I wanted to.

Hey guys I did it & got my Money;)

And it was easy really. And I think I saved money cause I would have bought way more clothes if I had packed ahead.

Kae

awesome! :thumbsup2
So the big question is, are you going to go back to your lists and pre-packing or did you like waiting until the last night to pack better?
