My sister is coming on this trip as a way to alleviate some of the stress of planning her upcoming wedding!! I would really like to do something for her while we are in the world, does anyone have any ideas to make this really special for her! Thanks Again!!!

You might book a tour for her that she would enjoy. That should help take her mind off wedding planning for a few hours. Maybe book a tour that you could go on together...

I love the spa idea, how about a lovely brunch/lunch at the GF, then a spa treatment.......... then both of you could enjoy it, and spend some "sister" time alone before she becomes a newlywed!!!
