Well, she won't explode but she may wind up impacted and require surgery.I had a groomer that I had been using since before Scruffy (we had a Himalayan cat that required grooming). I found that even though he would go in for grooming I was still having to take him to the vet for expression every 2 months or so. Well, I changed grooming facilities and the new one takes care of his stinkyness, thank heavens! This lady is so funny, we had a long talk about that problem before she groomed him for the first time. When I picked him up she didn't hesitate to tell me how full they were !
Now I take him in every so often for a bath just so she'll take care of that unpleasantry for me.
Eeek! I'll make sure to tell them that I want it done.
My dog doesn't scoot often, but a few times over the last couple of weeks she has been. She doesn't seem bothered by it yet.
