Ok, I sent my final payment to a owner at windsor hills. August 16th. I knew she recieved the payment, yet she did not immediatly get back to me. So, I wrote her, asking her did she recieve it. She said yes, and that she would be getting back to me in a few weeks, with instructions etc. It is almost a month now, and I have recieved no emails from her whatsoever. I checked my bank, and the first check I sent her has cleared. The second one, for the security deposit, has not yet. What should, I do. Should I contact her. Or just wait. We do not arrive until october 17th, but I would think she should have at least written me by now. Is this how it always goes?Is this typical? I dont know, maybe I am just over anxious :confused3 . What do any of you, who have rented from owners think? TIA everyone.


P.S. I just hate the waiting game.
 
I'm not familiar with Windsor Hills but I'm both a DVC owner & I have rented multiple times from other DVC owners.

Are you renting DVC points from a DVC member?
 
I posted this message over in hotels, and some moderator reposted it here?? I have no clue as to why? I am not in DC at all, why, would they repost it in the first place?
