When I was a kid we staped in FW a few times with a friend who had an RV. Seriously, my happiest childhood memories, I LOVE that place :) This was back in the 70s and I remember a guy coming around in the morning in a horse drawn wagon selling breakfast foods. At least that's what my mom told me he did. We never stopped him to buy stuff :( I always wanted to! Does anyone else remember that? Do they still do it?

Yes, I've heard of this. Unfortunately they don't do it anymore.

You are correct! We were there then, and FW was much smaller - also the days of the steam train! No more, though.

Sometime around 2000 or 2001, a guy drove a horse and wagon around the loops and sold ice cream.
