I just changed my package to the new special offer that they have right now and since i did that i have overpaid, they didn't tell me what is going on with my extra money, will it go back in my account or will it be given to me when i get there?? Please help me, I appreciate any answers!!! :earboy2:
 
The only time that happened to me I got a refund when I checked out of the hotel at the end of my stay. It was very strange having them give ME money when I left :rotfl:

I booked a full price room ressy, and later applied a discount. They just refunded the differance to the credit card I used for payment. Took about a week or two for the refund to show up on my online statement. Don't worry, you'll get your money back!
 
I was told that the difference would remain on our room account. If we charge things to the room, it will be applied toward that. If not, we'll get a refund upon checkout.
 

We had our choice. We could either take a refund to our credit card or take a room credit and use it while we are down there. We chose the room credit. It's a nice feeling knowing you are going there with an extra 200 bucks to spend!!!!
