Sogger beat me to it.
The first three tracks are pretty much the entire parades. I noticed in the Share a Dream Come True parade that they didn't include the spiel for every character at every stop, just the first stop or so, but since I didn't like the spiels in that parade anyway, that just improved it IMHO
The 4th song is part of the "Suite of Dreams", one song for each of the 4 parks. The first of the 4 is "Fantasy", which seems to take the best of the Share a Dream parade music and put it into a compilation of 5:17. It has the good part of the music (the part "when you believe, time becomes timeless..." sung by a different artist who also does a good job) but without the voiceovers of the characters.
Song 5 is "Show-biz", also part of the Suite, and it has a little bit of the "Spotlight on a Dream" music you typically hear in MGM along with some music from I believe the One Man's Dream exhibit but I may be wrong. Whatever, it's beautiful. 4:18 on that one.
Song 6 is "Discovery" and is a 3:45 minute compilation of segments (the beginning?) of Tapestry of Dreams. It doesn't get into the remix of the music done for Tapestry of Nations, so if you have both you don't have much if any overlap. This is the "Imagine what it means, the world and all it seems, like a Tapestry of Dreams!" part. No voiceovers of kids or the Dreamseekers, though. (which IMHO is both a plus and a minus

) It also I think adds in a little bit of Epcot area music, but I'm not sure -- I just know I don't remember hearing that part in Tapestry of Dreams.
7 is Adventure, which is a remix of the Jammin' Jungle main theme, Rhythm of One, and is really hard to sit still to.
8 is yet another variation of a song titled "Share a Dream Come True" and is kinda like either Promise or Celebrate the Future from the Millineum. It's 3:58.
