i have a multi room ressie at BWV..question on dining ressies

do i have to give all three reservation numbers or will they only need one of them?

Are your reservations already linked? Last week, I had trouble making online dining reservations with the reservation (7 days) because I had linked three and the dining system only recognized the "arrival" date of each separate reservation. So I could not make all of my dining reservations at once (at the 180 +10 mark).

I called Member Services and made all of my dining reservations through that office, all at once. If your reservations are linked (must be in same name and same type of accommodation) you must purchase the DDP for the entire stay if you are on it.

each ressie is under a different name but we will all be on the dining plan...we have 3 studios

Oh, I see what you mean now by multi-reservation....you should only have to give one reservation number; however, I believe I read where you are supposed to give all the names of those dining. You should be able to make the reservations if you are all dining at once.

If the dining number is over 10, or maybe 12, you may have to call insted of using the online booking.
