I had the same problem. 0 teenagers.

As long as we're making survey improvement suggestions, I was a little confused by the hotel question, as I'll be staying "off property" but it won't be at a "Universal Area" hotel, it's somewhere completely different. I wasn't sure which one to pick.

I can also see where "Universal is my only destination" can be confusing to some too, because it's not exactly the opposite of visiting Disney. There are many other alternatives besides going to Disney or only Universal. It might be easier to answer if the second option read, "I won't be visiting Disney this time around."

Just my 222 cents.
