I have a digi question about scanning things...

I have some stuff (hotel map, left over fastpasses, ect) I would like to scan so I can add it to my digital scrapbook. I have a cannon pixama printer/scanner. Are there any special settings I need to use when scanning? And don't worry I'm not going to sell them or anything (just personal use). So please don't flame me if you think I'm doing something wrong.

i dont think there are any special settings to use, hope this helps.

Be sure to use at least 300 dpi, since that is what we scrap at. If your item is on the small side and you think you may want it a bit bigger, scan it at a higher resolution.
