I successfully snagged all of my much anticipated dining reservations **insert happy dance**. However, I have a couple of questions, I am not sure if anyone has encountered these scenarios before.

So,

1. We have a Topolino's breakfast reservation and my 2 year old daughter is a big eater. Can I order her a meal and they just charge me the kids price for her? Or does she just have to eat off of our plates?? Also, I read somewhere that you can order 2 dishes at breakfast, would I be able to order my breakfast and then a kids for her???

2. Being from New England my 5 year old son is a huge scallop lover, as am I, and we have snagged ressies at both BOG and CRT which both have a scallop option for their main course. Could he order that and we pay the adult price for him? Or should I just steer clear of the scallops (because I know he will end up eating them all on me lol) ??

The rest of our reservations are either AYCTE or "a la carte" like T-rex, 50 PT, Ohana, etc. So those won't be an issue. But I am trying to have a game plan for these two ressies.

I haven't been to topolino's, but you definitely should be able to pay for a plate for her.

I'm not sure how to handle number 2, but that's because I'm weird when it comes to seafood. I'd probably skip the scallops but that's because I didn't think my meal was that great at BOG when we went a few years ago...

BOG scallop was really good. I think you can probably pay adult price and get him an adult entree.

Thats what I am hoping for !!!! I was going to do scallops there if he can order some too since CRT is prepaid already so it would be hard to request that option there.

We dined at Topolino's with our 18m old recently who is also super serious about his breakfast.

When the waiter came over, I simply asked if we would be able to order him something, or if one of us needed to share our entree. He told me he'd bring us whatever we wanted for him for no charge and that we would be able to order additional items to share if we'd like.

He brought him kid's Mickey waffles and we ordered the fruit platter to all share + our 2 entrees. We were not charged for his kid's meal.

I don’t know of any Disney restaurant that even told my kids no when they were younger. Or adults for that matter, my ex used to me an incredible picky eater. She had what I will refer to ask “home made” dietary restrictions… A chef would come to the table and design a meal for her.

In June I was at Cape May with my girl friend and her children. One child has a nut and egg allergy. The chef came to the table, and made him a special everything basically….

it has always been my experience that if you ask, Disney will do it !

True, I think the complicated part is under twos “eat free” at prixe fixe restaurants and different restaurants have different takes on that. At CRT our two year old was offered a choice of a free chicken nuggets or mac n cheese, but bo other options. At BOG they were super strict and insisted he had to eat off our plate with bo extras (eg I asked if we could have an extra side of plain rice or mashed potato for him since ours was covered in sauce and was told no). But we were cheap and wanted the freebie before he turned 3! I’m sure they’d be happy to let OP pay for an extra meal

I was never brave enough to bring my kids before the youngest turned e
3 …Then we always had a dinning plan… so I guess I wouldn’t know….. seems un Disney like to say no though
