People come up to me and ask me where I got my perm. I don't have a perm. I used to straighten my hair and stopped so now I have curls naturally. Also I don't dye my hair anymore and no I don't have any grey hair even if I am over 50.

Consider yourself lucky!! I would love to have beautiful curls naturally. You should feel blessed that your hair is so beautiful that others want theirs to look that way.

What I wouldn't give to have curly hair!! I had my permed 2 years ago because I'm dying to have some curl waver or something to this straight hair of mine and it lasted for 2 days!!! You are so so lucky to have curly hair!!

I had a guy come up to me and ask me why woman pay to get their hair curled like mine. He said he hates curly hair..makes it look like their hair is never brushed right.... I just looked at him with a straight face and said " Sorry, God wants it this way" and walked away.

Have to tell. My daughter also has curly hair and in Japan she had it long. Japanese are not used to that and thought it was messy so she was asked not to perm her hair. She told them it was natural and if they provided a hair dryer she would blow dry it straight for on stage. Had the same problem with her hair colour. Was told she couldn't dye her hair the color she had and that was her natural hair. They weren't used to auburn haired women. Plus she couldn't get her hair cut becuase none of the Japanese knew how to cut curly hair.

LOL, I get something similar...but people ask me where I get my hair colored (and/or what color/brand is used). My hair is NATURAL.

Talk about unlucky........I have both straight stringy hair and if I didn't dye it, it would be a very dull grey!!!
